By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using any services provided by Sun Valley Home Services LLC (“Sun Valley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Sun Valley provides residential and commercial home services, which may include but are not limited to cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and related services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and customer approval.

• All estimates are based on information provided by the customer and visual inspection when applicable.
   
• Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ from those disclosed at booking.
   
• Additional services requested on-site may result in additional charges.
   

• Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area.
   
• Missed appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

• Sun Valley follows industry safety standards and guidelines.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or outside the scope of agreed services.
   
• Customers must disclose known hazards, including pets, fragile items, structural issues, or health risks.
   

• Remove fragile or valuable items from service areas
   
• Secure pets prior to service
   
• Inform Sun Valley of any known issues that may affect service quality or safety
   

Sun Valley is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed hazards.

• We strive to deliver high-quality service; however, results may vary based on material condition, age, and prior damage.
   
• We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or contaminants.
   

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic payment.
   
• Unpaid balances may result in service refusal, collection efforts, or legal action.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sun Valley shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
   

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
